There is far too limited data concerning the demographics of cannabis consumers, how they are using cannabis and what they are using it for. Your answers on this anonymous survey will help us create continuous education resources for scientists, healthcare professionals, patients and patient advocates.

  • This survey is tailored to all cannabis consumers. Participants must be 21 years or older. Though data may be being submitted for a person below the age of 21, it must be submitted by a parent or guardian.

  • The Black Lotus Cannabis Consumer Survey is comprised of 35 questions which takes approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete.

  • This anonymous survey collects data in order to improve the consumer market and provide continuous education resources for the cannabis industry and for current and future consumers. Your answer will help us better understand the effects of cannabis in the body and how cannabis fits into our social construct.
